Careers & Employment is located on the first floor of the Baldwin Spencer Building, Parkville Campus.

A range of interview facilities is available to suit your needs (and budget) at the University of Melbourne’s Parkville campus.
Take advantage of the convenience (for both yourself and students)!
Optional extras (for a small extra charge) include refreshments and interview scheduling.
Access to a telephone, photocopying and other administrative support will be available on the day of interviews at charges specified by us at the time of your booking.
If required, we can arrange video conferencing facilities.How to book

Please login to Careers Online and in the right hand menu access and complete the on campus interviews and assessment facilities booking form.
One of our staff members will then contact to confirm arrangements
On-campus interviews are available throughout the year.
Please provide us with at least 4 weeks notice of your intended interview date/s.

Small interview room suitable for one to one interviewing and include a waiting area.	Time
$250 (excl. GST) per day	9:00am - 5:00pm
$125 (excl. GST) per half day	9:00am - 1:00pm

Large interview rooms are suitable for up to 8 people and include a waiting area.	Time
$350 (excl. GST) per day	9:00am - 5:00pm
$175 (excl. GST) per half day	9:00am - 1:00pm

Several different size rooms available, seating from 4 to 8 people and include a waiting room.	Time
$480 (excl. GST) for full day (N.B. half day not available)	9:00am - 5:00pm
$250 (excl. GST) for any additional interview rooms booked for same day	n/a
