Presentations - Videoconferencing

This format allows your organisation to do video-based presentations directly to students using your organisation’s videoconferencing facilities (IP connection).

It’s almost like being there, but at a fraction of the cost of flying to Australia!

 

Videoconferencing requirements

To approve your videoconferencing presentation, it is a requirement that your organisation has access to videoconferencing facilities that have an IP connection.

For no additional charge, we will inform the students you want to target about your presentation in the following ways:

  1. Listing on Careers Online event scheduler.
  2. Listing in the Careers Resource Centre.
  3. Display of your promotional posters in relevant faculties and departments.
  4. Promotion through faculty websites and newsletters (where available).
  5. Promotion through Careers & Employment’s weekly student e-bulletin.

 

Cost

AUD$500 for a one hour session (excl. GST) Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 28 days of the session.

 

Additional marketing of your presentation

We encourage you to inform students about your presentation via a targeted email or consider additional marketing opportunities such as web banner advertising and distributing your promotional material on campus.
