Careers & Employment can assist you in finding your career direction, accessing employment opportunities and helping you with job application and interview preparation.

There are a number of Online Career Tools yourself, including Resumé and Application Express, myfuture and career research links to professional associations. Resources from the program ‘KickStart Your Career Education 2011’ are also available on this page under ‘PowerPoints / PDFs from Careers & Employment and Faculty seminars’.

If you need to talk to someone you can attend a Careers Drop In session or book an appointment to see a Careers Consultant via Careers Online. Education students are encouraged to attend a drop in or book at appointment at the location most convenient to you, or within a student precinct that reflects your current learning areas or undergraduate studies.

Opportunities to connect with employers interested in your skills and experiences and to search the jobs database are possible via Careers Online.

Final year Education students are strongly encouraged to come along to a practical day of seminars and workshops designed to prepare you for successful job applications. Speakers across the education sector will provide tips and knowledge to help you prepare and succeed.
