Job Seeking for New Grads
There are two types of employment available for new grads:
- Positions within Graduate Employment Programs (GEP), and
- Positions available in the general job market (sometimes referred to as 'immediate start' jobs).
Opportunities are found either through advertisements or through the hidden job market (positions not advertised).
